Public International Law and Treaty Law
ILPI has extensive expertise in public international law, including fields such as treaty law, human rights law, environmental law, anti corruption law, the law of armed conflict, international criminal law and arms- and disarmament law. We also have expertise in constitutional law as well as in national and international legal frameworks pertaining to terror and terror financing. ILPI lawyers also have expertise on and experience with various aspects of peace settlements. We have a broad and varied expertise in international and multilateral processes and procedural issues and frameworks.
ILPI’s public international law competence is a result of many years of experience from international and intergovernmental organizations, the Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, from other relevant international institutions, and from academic work.
